Victoria Daaor is a seasoned development professional and consultant with vast experience in the non-profit and humanitarian sectors. She specializes in Gender-Based Violence (GBV) advocacy and counselling, organizational management, and strategic program development.

 With a strong background in peacebuilding and conflict management, she has led initiatives on Early Warning and Early Response (EWER) systems, non-violent conflict resolution, and community resilience. Dr. Daaor is also passionate about youth mentorship, capacity strengthening, and health system improvement. 

 She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Benue State University and provides visionary leadership at EDF, driving programs that promote peace, gender equality, and inclusive development across Nigeria.
